One-Time Pay - Residents can select this option to make a one-time payment using their credit card or debit card.

Auto Pay (recurring) - Residents can set-up automatic payment from their credit card or debit card or ACH. Simply choose the day of each month for the debit as well as the start date and end date. Residents can make changes or cancel anytime.

Payment History- Residents can view their payment history anytime including payment history made using WebPay™ or PhonePay™.

Notification - Residents will receive confirmation for all payments made on-line. Payments made using PhonePay™ your confirmation number is spoken and you have the option to hear it as many time as you like.

Dedicated Web Payment Portal - EasyPay™ works with any web site. Clients are not required to subscribe to Tebroadcast Alert's WebPro Interactive Website service.

How Do I Get Started

You will need your account number and password. You can obtain them from your payment coupon or by contacting your management company directly.

What is the cost for EasyPay™

Using our secure EasyPay™ Electronic Bill Payment service, residents are assured that 100% of the dues or rent paid will be credited to their association account. The payment service is completely supported by a nominal convenience fee charged to the member or renter's credit card or debit card.
