Telebroadcast Alert gives you the ability to reach your parents and students within minutes - whether it is a time-sensitive situation or attendance notification. From pre-loaded call lists, the system automatically dials hundreds to thousands of numbers at once and plays a pre-recorded message to both individuals and answering machines. A different message can be designated for "live" answers and answering machines. The system automatically detects no answer and busy conditions and redials them until the message is delivered or until the calling window expires. Invalid and disconnected numbers are flagged as non-delivered.

The broadcast message solution can be configured as a one-way broadcast message service or with two-way Interactive. An interactive menu offers parents the ability to respond to questions using a secure password for message confirmation and have their phone keypad responses captured in a database.
